The smells themselves just take you away! I keep an array of different essential oils to suit anyone's palate. Select from the basic ones of Lavender, Eucalyptus or peppermint or get experiamental and try an exotic one like Ylang Ylang or Myrrh.

Paraffin Bath
The application of heat to a specific area of the body through the use of paraffin. The part is quickly immersed in heated liquid wax and then withdrawn so that the wax solidifies to form an insulating layer. The procedure is repeated until the layer is 5 to 10 mm thick, and then the entire area is wrapped in an insulating material, such as a loose-fitting plastic bag or paper towels. The technique is effective for heating traumatized or inflamed areas, especially the hands, feet, and wrists, and is used primarily for patients with arthritis and rheumatism or any joint condition.
Salt or Sugar Massage Scrubs or Glow
A salt or sugar scrub is one of the most popular luxurious pampering body treatments. The primary purpose of a salt or sugar scrub is to help exfoliate your skin. A salt or sugar scrub also can be hydrating to your skin. In addition depending on the product I use it can also have a holistic detoxing effect. This treatment just feels so good and smells awesome! The salt or sugar scrub is followed by a shower and leaves your skin feeling very soft and refeshed. I have a number of different types to select from. This is a must have!
Body Wraps-Mud Wraps
Another popular spa treatment that is pure luxury while being pampered. Body wraps - Mud wraps are a holistic spa treatments for detoxing the body. Warning, they do not slim and tone the body! Weight loss and toning is temporary! Any weight loss during this treament is water from sweating and is quickly gained back once you drink or eat. They do help to hydrate the skin, relax and soothe the muscles. Some mud wraps are also thought to relieve tired and aching joints, ease inflammation, and help to flush out toxins through sweating. Depnding on the package you get, first your body is dry brushed to get the lymph system moving. Then a layer of soothing mud, seaweed and or other natural products are applied to the skin to detoxify,hydrate and or cleanse. Mud is thought to ease water retention and cleanse the pores by drawing out impurities. Treatments come in varied packages, with one common factor: mummification, or being wrapped in bandages or plastic over the mud that has been applied.
I have numerous different types of wraps from mud, to seaweed to a number of others types depending on what you need or want. Just let me know what your purpose is and I can select the most appropriate.

Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy involves the use of water to help assist in pain-relief and is believed to be a holistic way of helping to relieve some ailments. Hydrotherapy in general encompasses a range of different approaches and their definitions. Such as hot packs, cold packs, ice massage and others. Hydrotherapy is the generic term for water therapies using jets, underwater massage and mineral baths, balnetherapy, Iodine-Grine therapy, Kneipp treatments, Scotch hose, Swiss shower, thalassotherapy and others. It also can mean a whirlpool bath, hot roman bath, hot tub, Jacuzzi, cold plunge and mineral bath. These treatments use physical water properties, such as temperature and pressure, for therapeutic purposes, to stimulate blood circulation and to help holistically assist the symptoms of certain ailments.
I do not offer obviously all these but I do do use hot towels, hot packs, cold packs, ice massages (when appropiate), and a therapeutic soaking tub for water therapy.
Therapeutic Bath
Therapeutic baths were traditionally mineral spas or resorts developed around naturally occurring local mineral springs. These spas became famous due to their incredible healing or healthful benefits but were only available to those wealthy enough to partake of their waters. Today if you have the time and the money you can travel to these famous places, but if you do not have that luxury available I have brought this here to you.
Different salts, mineral, various plant materials and other items are added to the therapeutic bath for water therapy in order to help holistically reduce stress, pain, and other possible ailments. This is so relaxing and so awesome! This is another must do!
Ear Candling
Ear candling originated centuries ago by Egyptians. It's success spread to Greece, China and today ear candling is practiced around the world!
It's simple. There is absolutly no discomfort whatsoever to the person receiving this highly successful, holistic treatment for Sinuses, Sore Throat, Ear Aches, Swimmers' Ear, Chronic Headaches, Allergies and Hearing Improvement.
I use a hollow candle specially made for candling. The top of the candle is lit and the base of the candle is gently placed in the ear.
It is just amazing how after your ears feel so open like you did not know before there was even a problem.
